Made using the stems that are a by-product of processing sencha, Kuki Sencha has a fresh, distinctive herb-like bouquet and sweetness, and goes nicely with food like dry fruit and lemon cake.
- 1.Place 10g (2 tbsp.) in kyusu teapot.
- 2.Add 240 ml of boiling water.
- 3.Brew for 1 min.
- 4.Put lots of ice in the travel flask and pour your tea over it.
