Q. I didn't receive a confirmation email message from the Ippodo Online Shop when I created an account / placed an order.

Possible causes are:
- The message may have been labeled as junk mail, and automatically trashed or sorted into another folder.
- The mail filtering settings or anti-malware software on your device may be blocking our email. Please check that you can accept email from: shop@ippodo-tea.co.jp
- The email address we have on record for you may not be correct.

Q. How do I buy things on your website?

Note: If you just want to re-order the same thing as before, you can do so more easily by using our 're-order' option.

Q. Can I ship to multiple recipients in the same order?

You can only ship to one recipient per order on the Ippodo Online Shop, so please order separately for each recipient you wish to ship products to. (Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.)

Q. Where can I find the shipping charge?

The shipping charge is shown during the order placement process on the Enter Payment Method webpage.

Q. Can I buy products that are not displayed on the Online Shop?

No, products that are not displayed on our Online Shop cannot be purchased online.
