To fully draw out the tea's body and rich umami taste using less water at a cooler temperature
1. Place 2 heaping tbsp. (about 10 g) in kyusu teapot.
2. Add 210 ml of hot water (at about 80C).
3. Brew for about 1 min.
Hint: Don't shake the teapot while brewing. When serving, pour out every last drop.
